Károly Radnai is the Managing Partner of Andersen in Hungary who has more than 20 years of experience in various fields of taxation. Károly started his professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1997, then joined EY in 2002 where he worked as a Senior Manager and led the division of professionals specialized in corporate income tax until his leave in 2009. Károly has wide range of experiences in international and local restructuring projects, acquisitions of companies, business units and assets, mergers as well as divestments. In the latest years, he assisted several domestic companies to set up and implement group structure that is favorable from a tax and business perspective. He led tax due diligence procedures of companies engaged in the real estate, energy, manufacturing and media sectors.
Károly has been participating in AmCham Hungary since 2019 as a member and currently as the Chairman of the Tax Committee, representing the interests of the largest market players in negotiations with the Ministry of Finance, among others, and thus has considerable experience and professional contacts in the field of communicating professional proposals to the Ministry of Finance.
